The first thing that we recommend is cleaning your dentures every evening. Just as you would brush your teeth every evening before bed, so too must you clean your dentures. First, you’ll need to prepare all of your cleaning tools. To effectively clean your dentures, you’ll need a toothbrush, unscented soap or toothpaste, a cleansing tablet, and a glass of water to dissolve the tablet in. Once you have all of your equipment ready, it’s time to clean.
Start by taking your dentures out and rinsing them. Then you’ll clean them with your toothbrush and soap or toothpaste. Once they’re free of toothpaste or soap, simply drop them into the cleansing solution you’ve prepared.
